ENDURING PARTNERSHIP
A Legacy of Excellence
For more than 60 years, the Marchetti family has helped shape Virginia’s commercial landscape, delivering over 2 million square feet across office, industrial, medical, and mixed-use projects. Known for creativity, craftsmanship, and pioneering developments—including Virginia’s first large-scale mass timber building—Marchetti Development exemplifies boutique agility.
DSC Partners, founded by DC real estate veterans Douglas J. Donatelli and Nicholas R. Smith, brings institutional discipline refined through their leadership at First Potomac Realty Trust. With $5 billion in transactions and 21.5 million square feet of commercial and multifamily assets managed, DSC provides financial rigor and strategic asset management expertise.
Together, DSM Capital Partners offers a rare advantage: institutional scale and resources paired with the speed, creativity, and hands-on approach of a boutique firm, enabling decisive execution and the delivery of lasting value.
